Every program is tailored to the individual, with training and progression adjusted continuously to suit the body, lifestyle, and stage of life.


While the studio works with both women and men, there is a strong focus on female transformation, particularly supporting women through different life phases — including women over 50 — with structured training and nutrition-led coaching that respects the changing needs of the body. 


As one of the growing 1:1 personal training studios in Australia, this PT studio operates within a focused, private environment. There are no crowded gym floors, no generic workouts, and no random programming — just clarity, structure, and accountability.


The studio supports clients across Ashburton, Ashwood, Glen Iris, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Canterbury, Caulfield, Malvern, Malvern East, Richmond, Toorak, Burwood, Burwood East, Glen Waverley, Blackburn and Blackburn South. Some clients also travel from further afield to train with us, valuing the privacy, structure, and quality of coaching offered here.
