My Membership Method

The Membership option is designed for clients who have already trained with me and understand my coaching Method

It is not just “gym access.” It is a structured coaching membership where you continue following a personalised training program, with support, accountability, and nutrition guidance.

With the Membership, you receive:

  • 1 coached session with me per week
  • Access to train in the studio
  • Your training program delivered through the app
  • Exercise videos and instructions to follow
  • Nutrition Plan
  • Ongoing programming and adjustments
  • 4-weekly check-ins to track progress
  • A private studio environment, not a crowded gym

You can choose to train between 2 to 6 days per week, depending on your goals and availability. Because the studio is private, your training times need to be organised in advance so the space does not become overcrowded.

The Membership is ideal for someone who already knows how I coach, feels confident following the program, and wants to keep progressing with structure and support.
