What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

Do you offer group classes?

No, we do not operate like a group fitness gym. Our focus is personalised coaching, proper technique, body composition, and structured progress. Training is designed around the individual, not a random class format.

Can I access the studio outside my personal training sessions?

Studio access is available only for clients who are already signed up to one of our coaching plans or membership options. This is not an open-access commercial gym. Access is managed carefully so the studio remains private, safe, and not overcrowded.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my PT session?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to change your session, please let us know as early as possible. When enough notice is given, we will do our best to reschedule your session where availability allows. This helps us manage the studio schedule properly and respect everyone’s time.

Our pricing depends on how many coached PT sessions you choose per week.
