Studio access is available only for clients who are already signed up to one of our coaching plans or membership options.

This is not an open-access commercial gym. Access is managed carefully so the studio remains private, safe, and not overcrowded.

No, we do not operate like a group fitness gym.

Our focus is personalised coaching, proper technique, body composition, and structured progress. Training is designed around the individual, not a random class format.

Results depend on your starting point. Some clients see great changes within the first 4 weeks, especially when they follow the plan from the beginning. If your goal is fat loss or body composition change, the sooner you start applying the plan, the sooner your body has a reason to respond. Your sessions in the studio are important, but a large part of your results comes from what you do outside the studio. Coaching is a two-way street. We provide the structure, assessment, training, nutrition, and accountability, but your progress also depends on your commitment to follow through between sessions.

The goal is not just quick results. The goal is to build a routine your body can respond to and that you can realistically maintain.

Our pricing depends on how many coached PT sessions you choose per week.

All plans include the full coaching structure: personalised training, nutrition guidance, body composition assessment, skinfold measurements, app access, progress tracking, and 4-week check-ins.

The difference between plans is not the quality of support — it is the level of in-person coaching and accountability you receive each week.

This is a private coaching studio, not a busy gym where you are left to train alone or follow random workouts. Before we recommend a plan, we look at your goals, your starting point, your training experience, your nutrition habits, and how much support you need to stay consistent.

Yes, there is 2-hour public parking available at the rear of the building, close to the studio.

We are open Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to change your session, please let us know as early as possible.

When enough notice is given, we will do our best to reschedule your session where availability allows. This helps us manage the studio schedule properly and respect everyone’s time.

This is a private coaching studio, not a large commercial gym where you need to fight for equipment or follow random workouts. The focus is on you, your body, your goals, and the right structure to help you progress safely.

At our studio, training is personalised. We focus on proper assessment, strength training, body composition, nutrition support, technique, and regular check-ins. This is not about jumping on boxes, doing random burpees, or training without direction. Every part of your plan has a purpose.

Please bring a water bottle, a large towel, and wear comfortable gym clothes that allow you to move properly.

The right shoes are also important for safety and performance. For strength training, we recommend flat, supportive shoes that keep your feet stable and connected to the ground.
Running shoes with thick cushioning or a high heel-style sole are not ideal for lifting, as they can affect your balance and stability during exercises.

Our main focus is women, especially women who want to improve strength, body composition, confidence, and nutrition with a structured approach.

However, we also train male clients. The most important thing is that the client is ready to be coached, follow the process, and commit to the plan.
