If you choose to train in person, in our exclusive 1-on-1 Personal Training Studio – located in Ashburton, you will be personally coached by our head trainer Soni.

All packages involve an individual body composition analysis and a personalised nutrition plan created with state-of-the-art software.

Packages are 12 weeks in duration initially, as this is the ideal period of time for gauging results and seeing benefits.

For 1-on-1 training sessions the process comprises 2, 3, 4, or 5 sessions per week. This will vary depending on your goals, budget and the time frame of your desired results.
